The EXAMPLE slide's BM-08 direction reads 'Not comparable' instead of 'Better': the staff training definition changed on 26 Jun 2026, so June's 88% counted something else and no trend is drawn across the break (as the Cybersecurity Metrics & Reporting pack records it, MR-09). The measures slide's notes say what to do when a definition changes; the EXAMPLE table is set a point smaller so the longer cell fits.

The EXAMPLE slide's BM-02 counts Priority 1 and Priority 2 weaknesses, each against its own deadline (7 and 14 days), as the Vulnerability & Exposure Management pack sets them; BM-06 counts the five critical services of the Third-Party Security Risk Management pack's example, so the example reads 2 of 5 (40%), not 2 of 4.
