This page describes everything CISO Times stores on your device. It is short because the site stores very little.
The summary
We store one small record to remember whether you agreed to analytics cookies. That record is not itself a cookie, and it is not sent anywhere.
We measure page performance with a beacon that sets nothing on your device and needs no permission.
We load Google Analytics — which does set cookies — only if you have agreed to it. If you have not, it is never loaded, and no Google cookie is ever set.
We do not use advertising, marketing, profiling or social-media cookies. We do not track you across other websites.

Google Analytics — only after you agree
Loaded only once you have selected Accept. Until then the script is not requested and no Google cookie exists.

Where we can constrain it, we do. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation are all explicitly denied, and IP addresses are anonymised. This is audience measurement, not marketing.
Changing your mind
Go to the Privacy Policy. At the foot of that page is a
control showing your current choice, the date you made it, and buttons to change
it. Withdrawing consent deletes the _ga, _ga_*, _gid and _gat
cookies from this browser immediately.
You can also clear site data in your browser settings, which removes both the Google cookies and our stored record of your decision. If you do that, we will ask again on your next visit.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal
We treat it as a standing refusal. You will not be asked, and analytics cookies will not be loaded.
Blocking site data entirely
If your browser blocks site data, we cannot record your decision. In that case nothing is loaded and analytics stay off, which is the safe outcome. The banner will tell you this has happened rather than asking again on every page.
